Only part of aid needed-why?

I do have a grants for college but they do not touch the need. I need to know if finaid is supposed to look for scholarships, or if I am supposed to find it myself, the sites are not taking my info, not letting me complete my forms.

Ask the financial aid counselor at your school if they help you find scholarships. They would be the ones to point you in the right direction.
